Hardwood Revival did an amazing job of repairing and replacing a section of my hardwood floor! I had a rather unfortunate incident happen in my home, which ultimately required me to completely replace a small section of the hardwood floors I've had for 8 years. They were friendly, responsive, answered all our questions, and got done a day early. Our floors were in bad shape and now they look basically brand new. Also took care of an area that was sagging while they were there. Left us some of the stain/refinished in case of scratches, and there is a one year warranty. When you call just ask for Chelsea with Hardwood Revival (they share the line with their carpet cleaning service).

How Long Do You Take to Respond to an Inquiry?

Once we receive your inquiry, we aim to answer it as soon as possible within working hours which are 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday. We aim to schedule a free estimation within 24 hours after the inquiry if we have availability.

How Long Does a Typical Estimate Take?

Up to 30 minutes in most cases, however, if the job is much bigger, it will take slightly longer.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, we also do accept ACH, Zelle, cash and cheques, but we prefer if payment is made my credit card.
